Displaze Limited announces it is now an official UK distributor for the rapidly growing, Taiwanese touch control solution provider, eGalax.
Founded in 2000, eGalax has spent little over four years becoming one of the worlds leading providers of a full range of controllers for touch panels. These controllers communicate directly through RS232, PS2, USB or I2C port and support all mainstream operating systems including variants of Linux and MacO/S. In addition to 4,5,6 and 8 Wire Resistive controllers and chip sets, eGalax has also developed an innovative Capacitive touch screen controller supporting both RS232 and USB interfaces. Displaze Limited is making full use of this new resource to supply high quality, low cost display solutions incorporating AU Optronics TFT LCD panels and a wide variety of touch technologies.

ABOUT Displaze Limited Displaze Limited specialise in the distribution of systems and components utilising flat panel display technology. Component products available include TFT-LCD and customised Flat panels, a wide range of processing platforms, touch sensors and controllers (resistive, capacitive, acoustic properties and infra-red) and specialist semiconductors for use in display applications. Systems integration and design services are offered to OEMs requiring the incorporation of component products and software.
