Latest QVGA Panel complete with Graphic/Video Driver simplifies System Integration

Embedded systems requiring small area LCD displays now benefit from the latest Display Solution Kit from Displaze. The K320DRV-EU-55 features NEC's latest 5.5" Colour TFT LCD panel, system designers requiring 320 x 240 pixel wide viewing angle, high britness displays can now design there GUI using a standard VGA screen with the knowlegde that a quarter may be allocated for user information. This QVGA resolution simplies application software development reducing development time, getting theri system to market sooner. Ideal for applications with high ambient light, the 400 Cd/m2 handels all but the most demanding light conditions.

Aplications requiring eiither RGB or Video sources are catered for with the driver card supplied as part of the K320DRV-EU-55 Kit. When using RGB the developer has the choice of configurations to display either a full screen image scaled to 320 x 240 pixels or to supply the system with a VGA (640 x 480) signal and choose which quarter of the screen is displayed on the panel.

On screen menus provide user control over a comprehensive range of image manipulation features such as display format, video source format along with the standard Brightness and Contrast adjustment, etc. Other features of the driver card include VESA Power Management support and Plug & Play Operation.
